I'm a PhD Student in the Bowen Lab at Northeastern University. At Northeastern, I am currently a Strategic Advancement of Rising Scholars (STARS) Fellow (a Bridge-to-Doc Program). I received my B.S. in Biology and Environmental Science with specialization in Ecosystems from the University at Albany (SUNY) in 2023. I am broadly interested in fungal microbial ecology (community scale) in coastal ecosystems. Specifically I am interested in plant-fungal interactions occurring in salt marshes. My work is currently based of the Plum Island Ecosystem LTER. I love getting to mentor students and take part in community outreach.
