LaTreese Denson, Ph.D. is a Stock Assessment Analyst for NOAA's Southeast Fisheries Science Center- Sustainable Fisheries Division in the Gulf of Mexico Branch. She received a PhD from the University of Miami in Marine Biology and Fisheries, a Masters from Oregon State University in Fisheries Science, and a Bachelors in Marine Science from North Carolina State University. Her research interests include investigating environmental influences on fish spatial and temporal population dynamics and fisheries management.
