Chanté Lively (she/her) is a marine & environmental science educator, teaching from the seas to the trees. She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and minors in Global Engagement and Spanish. Her current pathway is as the Environmental Education Coordinator at the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance in Atlanta. Chanté is an educator who focuses on cultural and place-based programs. She firmly believes the more people connect and relate with nature, the more they are willing to protect it. Chanté is a proud member of Black In Marine Science (BIMS), Black Women in Ecology, Evolution, and Marine Science (BWEEMS) and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
