The BWEEMS Virtual Job Fair brings Black women, femmes, and gender-expansive people together with organizations working across ecology, evolution, marine science, conservation, environmental science, research, government, education, consulting, natural resources, and related sectors. Participating organizations will introduce attendees to their organizations and the work they do and help illuminate career pathways across the environmental and scientific workforce. And you don't need to be actively job searching to participate.

This is also a space to discover organizations and careers you may never have considered, meet people doing interesting work, better understand the skills employers are seeking, expand your professional network, and begin building relationships that could shape your next step.
