Nicole Solano

I am dancer & disease ecologist! I'm passionate about empowering and educating neglected communities about measures they can take that would help prevent illness, suffering, and death from vector-borne diseases. I firmly believe that the arts can allow us to make science and health education more accessible to a larger range of people. Therefore, after earning my doctorate at the University of Georgia, I would like to continue pursuing non-traditional forms of science communication, education, and outreach.
